Slot Car Retailers / Online stores
I have brought hundreds of cars over the years and have found certain companies to offer not just a good price, but also great customer service. I have also found others that I found the customer service, when there was an issue, to be unacceptable. I will not get caught up in naming and shaming so I will only list those companies I’m more than happy to use time and time again.
Pendle Slot Racing – Sean and his team as PSR offer the largest selection of cars and spares I have found in the UK. If you have a question they are happy to speak to you on the phone and offer any expertise they have. PSR also have a club that races in their premises.
Top Slots n’ Trains – Darren at TSNT offers an amazing service. The prices are good and the postage is free if you spend over £50, which is not difficult with the huge stock he carries. I have also known him to take items off the list because he is not happy with the quality from the manufacturer, this is something I have never seen before.
LD Discounts – Lee has a large selecting of stock and have a great customer service. The cars are often as cheap as you will find them and his maximum postage is Very reasonable.
The Slot Outlet – Richard and Jackie run the Slot Outlet which can be found on eBay, they also attend many of the slot car swap meets that take place in the south of England. They stock a nice selection of cars at very good prices. We also have a member that lives very close to them and can collect orders to save on postage.
Scaleslotcars.com – Phil buys up older stock from around the world and sells through his website or at many of the swap meets around the country throughout the year. If your trying to find a specific car or simply wanting something that is in new condition but older and cheaper then here is the place to look.
Castle Raceway – Located in North Wales running analogue set-up for all levels of racer.
